Nucleic acid therapeutics (NATs), including small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) and antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs), represent a breakthrough in treating genetic and epigenetic disorders through targeted RNA modulation. While these therapies show great promise, they face challenges in tissue targeting, cellular uptake, and stability.
